This two-story modular building features a small paint store with a studio apartment above it that is in the process of being repainted. Each level contains removable walls for easy access to the interior. Built on a 16×32 stud base, it fits seamlessly into any LEGO city, adding downtown vintage charm and countless unique details.
Backstory:
Paint of View opened shop in 1976, back when style was bold and color choices were even bolder. With their special one-coat paint recipe this paint store quickly became a staple on Main Street. Locals swear the owner can mix the perfect shade just by hearing what kind of day you’ve had. Be careful not to spill though...
Upstairs, the small studio apartment is getting a fresh start of its own. The new tenant is mid-move, and got a discount on his favorite color paint. Unfortunately, the bathroom’s old toilet has decided this is the perfect time to act up again, threatening another round of renovations before the paint even dries.
Through decades of passing fads and changing trends, Paint of View remains exactly what it’s always been: a place to find a new perspective.
